Pierre Paulin floor lamp

Pierre Paulin Floor Lamp.
Brass and white and black lacquered metal.
Edition Caillat. France, 1952.
In 1953, at the age of 26, Pierre Paulin participated for the first time in the Salon des Arts Ménagers, in the "Foyer d’Aujourd'hui" section. Within a minimalist and modern setting, he showcased this floor lamp, which he designed in collaboration with Robert Caillat. It was not produced further afterward. As a result, an extremely limited number of pieces were likely made exclusively in 1953.
